do you use PayPal to process purchases made at this
website? |

is a very secure and popular method for people to
exchange money on the web. Instead of creating yet
another account where you have to supply to credit
card number and other personal information, we process
our online transactions through PayPal where you
may already have an account. If you do not already
have a PayPal account, creating one will allow you
to make online purchases securely at this and several
other websites without having to enter your account
information each time. |

you publish? |

we do not have an affiliate program, but if you
are interested in becoming an affiliate, please

What is your company's environmental policy? |

Whenever possible we try to make as sound an environmental decision as
we can. This includes using reducing waste, reusing materials whenever
possible, using recycled materials recycled paper and soy-based inks in
our books. |

But don't foreign countries treat their workers badly? |

Actually, the print industry provides great working conditions and
benefits to employees. Some companies provide dormitory and cafeteria
on premises for employees who want to live there, and that is sometimes
provided for free to the employees. We only work with vendors that have
high ethical standards when it comes to working conditions. |

| What do you mean by satisfaction guranteed? |

If
you buy a book directly from us and you are not satisfied with your
purchase for whatever reason, we will refund the full purchase amount
of the sale provided the book(s) are returned to us in a salable
condition within 30 days of recieving your order. If you have opened
the package, you will be required to pay the shipping fees to ship it
back to us. |
